NICOL stands for “New Integrated Compatible Oil Lubricator” and describes the latest generation of LUBE oil lubricators. As a particularly compact and versatile oil lubrication pump, NICOL can be integrated into all new and almost all existing oil lubrication systems. The unit is available in a wide range of versions that can be optimally adapted to the respective application.
Arguments
The flexibility factor
The new NICOL lubrication system pump impresses with its exceptional flexibility and wide range of applications. It is suitable for a wide range of viscosity classes and can be used reliably in both cyclic and continuous operation. Thanks to its manufacturer-independent design, it can be easily retrofitted into existing systems. It is also available in 24V DC, 100V DC or 200V DC versions, which enables optimum adaptation to individual requirements.
Savings factor
With NICOL, you benefit from noticeable savings during operation. The significantly lower power consumption reduces energy costs, while maintenance costs are reduced overall. Another advantage: there is no need to replace the filter elements at regular intervals. Instead, a permanent filter is used that can be easily cleaned and reused - sustainable, efficient and cost-saving.
Reliability factor
Last but not least, NICOL stands for maximum reliability. The innovative, particularly durable motor technology and extremely robust components and parts ensure smooth operation even under demanding conditions. The above-average quality of materials and workmanship ensures an exceptionally long service life.
Pump unit
The NICOL oil lubrication pump is available with two different gear versions: with a “universal” variant for the use of oils of all viscosities (10–800 mm²/s) and with a gear version specially designed for high viscosities (46–800 mm²/s).
The unit's range of performance and applications is correspondingly broad. It extends from ball bearing lubrication (including in oil/air lubrication systems)
to slideway lubrication and the use of adhesive and thick oils, for example for the lubrication of slideways.
The new NICOL pump is, of course, also characterized by the proverbial LUBE quality level. The individual product inspection before delivery is just one of many components that ensure that users can rely on the unit 100 percent.
